Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken) to engage local candidates and collaborate with global teams.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in tech, crypto, or blockchain industries.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices, with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and global teams in a tech-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic recruitment.
