Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead teacher recruitment process for international teachers and Odysee's internal team.
2. Prepare and maintain a database of teacher candidates, both local, expatriate, and international.
3. Interact with the HR team and management to understand recruitment needs.
4. Assist in promotional activities for job vacancies on both online and offline platforms.
5. Take part in development and training activities related to recruitment.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in related major with 1-3 years of experience in headhunting (preferrable).
2. Strong verbal and written communication skill in English.
3. Ability to work both in a team and independently.
4. Proficiency in using office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.) and job posting platforms.
