Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose technical issues and explain solutions to customers.
- Sell technical products or services and expand the customer base.
- Establish new business relationships and address technical inquiries from clients.
- Provide product presentations and demonstrations to customers how a product meets client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery
- building relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and customers.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years in the construction industry
- Fluent In English .
- Ability to explain product functionalities to clients
- Strong troubleshooting skills and provide good technical guidance
- Honest and highly motivated
- Resilient and responsible
- Communicative and team-oriented
- Willing to be relocated to Kendari specially and all over Indonesia Generally
