JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan, design, and develop comprehensive training programs and, ensuring training content aligns with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Develop engaging and easy-to-understand training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, simulations, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate and maintain annual and monthly training calendars.
- Deliver a variety of training sessions, including technical product training, product knowledge, system troubleshooting, and soft skills development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions
- Manage and validate warranty claim submissions from dealers.
- Regularly review and revise training content to reflect product updates, industry developments, and feedback from trainees.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Trainer, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in handling warranty claim processes.
- Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting electric motorcycles, including electrical systems and components.
- Skilled in developing training modules, presentations, and other instructional materials.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang or North Jakarta
- Open to traveling for out-of-town assignments or dealer visits as required.
