Key Responsibilities:
Oversaw sales operations for Mekari Klikpajak, XPM, and Jurnal, ensuring efficient end-to-end lead processing, campaign execution, and telesales team performance.
Managed and optimized telesales SOPs to improve workflow efficiency, lead conversion rate, and cross-functional alignment.
Collaborated with Business Development and Marketing teams to execute strategic sales initiatives and drive revenue from merchant channels.
Monitored merchant operations and lead funnels to ensure timely follow-ups, lead quality control, and data accuracy in CRM systems.
Built dashboards and analytical reports to track telesales KPIs, conversion performance, and merchant activity, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Provided ongoing support for team target-setting, performance reviews, and capacity planning in a high-volume telesales environment.
Identified operational bottlenecks and implemented scalable solutions to boost productivity and sales efficiency.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in sales operations, telesales leadership, or revenue support roles—preferably in SaaS, fintech, or accounting/tax platform industries.
Strong understanding of lead management, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot), and telesales workflows.
Experience managing or supporting merchant operations or B2B client funnels.
Proven track record in SOP development, cross-team collaboration, and target achievement.
Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and reporting skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience with Mekari products (Klikpajak, XPM, Jurnal) is a strong plus.
