Job Descriptions:
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding needs, inquiries, and complaints.
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional assistance to tenants.
- Coordinate with operations, security, housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to address tenant needs.
- Ensure building service standards are implemented according to management policies.
- Support the implementation of programs and events with related team to improve tenant comfort and loyalty.
- Collect and report tenant feedback as input for service improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on tenant complaints, requests, and follow-ups.
- Maintain an updated tenant database, including contacts, contracts, and communication records.
- Assist tenants during emergencies (evacuation, power outage, technical disruptions, etc.).
- Provide official communication and guidance according to emergency procedures.
- Assist with administrative processes during tenant move-in and move-out.
- Support lease renewal processes and ensure smooth tenant relations.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communication, Hospitality, or Management.
- Experience in customer service, tenant relations, or hospitality in retail/mall is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a team, with strong tenant satisfaction orientation.
- Computer literate.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Well-groomed, friendly, and professional appearance.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
