Team Introduction
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with LIVE creators and management.
- Be responsible for creator education & training. Provide systematic education and training for creators to help them become familiar with and understand TikTok platform, live functions and platform policies.
- Develop development paths and content strategies for creators, monitor creator live performance, and help creators improve data and content quality.
- Daily creator operations, providing help, support and communication to creators, encouraging creators to go live broadcasting; and weekly/monthly dimension creator performance analysis.
- Cooperate with the XFN teams to brainstorm and design creator activities and coordinate platform resources to achieve business goals.
- Based on the Indonesia region and the live industry itself, to provide strategic thinking and methodological suggestions for TikTok Indonesia LIVE creator operations.
