Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-cycle growth strategies for small and medium-sized merchants, covering all stages from cold-start to GMV growth, to enhance merchant operational efficiency and growth potential.
- Formulate differentiated seller growth strategies based on TikTok Shop and Tokopedia platform characteristics, industry trends, and market dynamics to drive seller uplifts.
- Conduct in-depth merchant segmentation analysis and develop tailored support strategies for different merchant types to optimize their growth journey.
- Understand merchant pain points and needs at different lifecycle stages and build a data-driven, end-to-end growth operation framework to improve merchant performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives, tasks, and incentive mechanisms, utilizing A/B testing and other methodologies to measure ROI and incremental impact, and drive continuous iteration.
- Monitor key growth metrics, analyze trends, attribute results to OKR targets, and optimize growth strategies to ensure continuous business expansion for merchants.
