We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inventory & Special Projects Analyst to join our team. This role will involve leading and executing key special projects, overseeing control tower operations, and closely monitoring quality metrics such as loss and damage rates and return processes to continuously improve the overall quality of delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on project management experience, and a solid background in logistics or consulting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute key strategic projects to improve operational efficiency and delivery quality across the network.
- Develop project plans, define milestones, and manage timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and monitor process changes.
- Oversee daily operations within the control tower to ensure smooth logistics flow and prompt response to disruptions.
- Analyze and optimize control tower metrics to identify areas for improvement and mitigate delays or issues.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics such as loss and damage rates, return rates, and delivery accuracy.
- Identify trends and develop actionable insights to address quality concerns in the delivery process.
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to implement corrective actions.
- Use data-driven insights to propose and implement solutions that enhance delivery quality and operational efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, customer service, procurement) to ensure the alignment of quality and project goals.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on project status, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
