Your key responsibilities will include:
- Design and lead learning programs for sales teams based on business needs.
- Assess skills regularly and identify training gaps.
- Create onboarding, product, and trade-related training modules.
- Work with internal and external experts to develop training materials.
- Deliver training using a mix of classroom, digital, and on-the-job methods.
- Build development plans for sales managers and team leads.
- Support and coach managers to develop their teams.
- Monitor training impact through feedback and sales improvement.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Background in sales or commercial roles is a bonus.
- Skilled in creating and running adult learning programs.
- Confident in leading training sessions and coaching others.
- Understands sales processes and how trade teams work.
- Comfortable using digital learning tools and methods.
- Speaks English and local language fluently; enjoys working with different teams.
