About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you’ll deliver hands-on, engaging training to learners eager to master digital marketing—from fundamentals to the latest AI tools transforming the industry. This is a project-based, part-time position ideal for professionals seeking flexible, impactful work.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver online or hybrid training sessions based on Maxy Academy’s curriculum (or co-develop modules)
- Cover key topics such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media strategy, email marketing, performance marketing, and marketing analytics
- Introduce and integrate AI tools used in modern digital marketing workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva Magic Write, HubSpot AI, etc.)
- Provide learner support through feedback, mentoring, and discussion sessions
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure up-to-date, relevant learning experiences
- (Optional) Assist learners with project-based assessments or capstone guidance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency, startup, or corporate background welcome)
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or delivering training/workshops is a strong plus
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and how they’re applied in real workflows
- Strong communication skills and confidence in teaching in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a bonus)
Bonus Points:
- Certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience in AI-generated content, A/B testing with AI tools, automation workflows
- Exposure to e-commerce or B2B marketing use cases
- Familiarity with LMS platforms or online course delivery systems
