We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing activities. This role will not only manage the KAYANA brand, but also support a new beauty-focused startup (particularly in the perfume sector) that provides B2B solutions—helping business owners who struggle to find vendors or sources that offer complete end-to-end services in the beauty industry.
Job Description:
- Brand activation and building brand identity
- Leading and managing all marketing activities
- Create, execute, and evaluate content pillars and content scripts
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns (Online, Offline, Endorsements, and Ads)
- Managing social media accounts
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Open to fresh graduates with proven experience in related fields
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
- Strong storytelling ability
- Good understanding of social media trends
- Excellent marketing and communication skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic Canva and Capcut
