Core Responsibilities
Lead & influence a deep integration of the Digital agenda in marketing plans and activities by using the OESP (Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid) digital communication model to enhance brand awareness and engagement
Build highly effective and sufficient media campaigns by using media expertise, local digital trends, and discussions with Publicis
Help improve LEGO brand presence on owned digital platforms (LEGO.com, YouTube, Instagram, SEM)
Manage the LEGO Group's social media account and content calendar in Indonesia and drive meaningfulness by crafting content for local occasions and topical moments
Provide guidance to the distributor partners in the development of impactful digital marketing campaigns linked to the aligned brand activation calendar and key insights
Gather information regarding the distributors digital executions and share analysis
Collaborate with multiple teams including internal Marketing sub-teams and regional Marketing teams in the LEGO group as well as in the distributor partners
Drive digital marketing objectives, analyze marketing results vs objectives, and be curious to learn from other business units & other brands

This role is in India & Emerging Asia business unit (IEA BU), focusing only on Indonesia. Overall focus is to increase LEGO brand awareness and engagement in Indonesia!
This role is part of the BU marketing organization, which includes:
Brand/ Digital/ Trade Marketing – all reporting to the Marketing Director for the BU. There is also a central marketing team to support BU marketing efforts.
Do you have what it takes?
Minimum 3+ years' relevant marketing experience in digital marketing for consumer brands, preferable in branded goods industry in categories such as: Sports, Fashion/ Novelty Retail, FMCG, Snacks/Beverages
Strong strategic, digital, and well-rounded end-to-end thinking – ability to translate regional strategy into local priorities for Digital Marketing
Achieve results with efficiency, data focus, testing ideas, continuous learning, strong analysis, evaluation, and actionable insights.
Future thinking – be aware of trends and bring outside in perspective, translating them into test & learn pilots with local partners
Strong collaborator and able to work across various internal functions and external partners
Strong ownership & Can-do attitude
Excellent communication/presentation skills with analytical mind
Able to navigate ambiguity with a solution orientated mentality
Strong project management skills
