* Business Development & Growth StrategyExplore expansion into a new location & opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with key partners, marketplaces, and vendors
* Explore expansion into new sales channels (B2B, international e-commerce, marketplaces, etc.).
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales.
* Optimize e-commerce performance on platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
* Manage and track online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to improve ROAS.
* Implement SEO and content marketing strategies to boost organic visibility.
* Monitor and analyze customer behavior, website traffic, and conversion rates.
* Work closely with the sales team to align online and offline marketing strategies.
* Leverage CRM and email marketing to improve customer retention and repeat purchases.
* Enhance brand visibility through digital content and marketplace or PR initiatives.
* Improve customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
* Track and report KPIs such as sales performance, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates.
* Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Shopify reports to make data-driven decisions.
* Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize business performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
* 2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or e-commerce.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, online sales, and customer acquisition strategies.
* Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.).
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, data reporting, and performance tracking.
* Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and drive strategic initiatives.
