UI/UX Developer (Expatriate) – Based in Malaysia

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Developer to join Capgemini Malaysia’s dynamic team. This is an expatriate position, open to Indonesian professionals who are willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur. You will be working on exciting end-to-end digital projects, combining design and development skills to create outstanding user interfaces and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Work with frontend technologies like ReactJS, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with backend developers using NodeJS and Java technologies.
- Apply UI/UX principles to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
- Use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create visual assets.
- Debug and optimize web applications using CLI tools and debugging utilities.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Technical Skills
Frontend: ReactJS, Angular, ES6, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, jQuery, TypeScript, MEAN Stack
Backend: NodeJS, Java, Adobe Media Server, FFMPEG, Apache2, Tomcat
Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Utility Tools: Mac OS Terminal, Windows Command Line, IDEs (Eclipse, Sublime Text, Brackets), debugging tools like Fiddler
Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience in UI/UX development.
- Strong understanding of frontend frameworks and backend integration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Malaysia (relocation assistance and work visa provided).
- Experience working in multicultural environments is a plus.
