We are looking for an experienced Villa Manager to independently run 5-cabin hotel.
Location: Jatiluwih, Tabanan
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years experience as villa/hotel manager
- Lead a team of 5–10 staff (hiring, training, scheduling)
- Proficient in English, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp
- Experience with Airbnb & Booking.com
- Able to manage daily operations: HK, maintenance, guest check-ins, finances, suppliers
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth villa operations and excellent guest experience
- Develop SOPs, train staff, and manage hotel maintenance
- Source amenities and assist in guest info materials
