Job Vacancy – Villa Manager (Jatiluwih, Tabanan)
a boutique 5-cabin hotel in Jatiluwih, Tabanan, is seeking a Villa Manager to independently operate and oversee daily operations. This role requires a proactive leader with hands-on experience in hospitality management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Villa Manager
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Strong guest relation skills, able to directly attend to guest needs
Experience managing a team of 5–10 staff (including interviewing, hiring, training, and dismissing staff)
- Familiar with Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA platforms
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Jatiluwih, Tabanan
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to create SOPs and train FO & HK staff
- Experience sourcing amenities, equipment, and developing guest brochures
- Knowledge of property maintenance and vendor management
