We are looking for a Villa Supervisor to join our team!
This position is responsible for overseeing daily villa operations, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, and ensuring smooth coordination with staff.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise villa staff and daily operations
* Ensure villas are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready
* Coordinate check-in & check-out process
* Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
* Monitor inventory, supplies, and maintenance needs
* Report directly to Villa Manager / Owner
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality / villa operations
* Strong leadership & communication skills
* Good English (oral & written)
* Problem-solving & multitasking ability
* Attention to detail and guest-oriented
* Able to work under pressure and flexible schedule
