Job Description:
- Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome guests to the restaurant and guide them to their tables.
- Taking Orders: Present menus, answer questions, and accurately record food and beverage orders.
- Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver meals and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Checking on Guests: Regularly check on guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Handling Payments: Present and process bills accurately.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Adhering to Food Safety Regulations: Follow established protocols for food handling and preparation.
- Assisting with Other Duties: May assist with tasks such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, or assisting other staff members.
