Isla Indah Retreat is looking for a serious, honest and disciplined Front Office Staff with the following skills:
Responsibilities:
- To greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- To manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and to handle the payments
- To explain the retreat schedule to the guests who stay to join the retreat
- To handle guest inquiries, their complaints or issues and to escalate when necessary
- To take food orders for the restaurant guests
- To take care of the boutique/shop items
- To coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- To process payments using the POS (cashier system)
- To calculate the shop/hotel income daily during the shift closing
- To keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/cashier system.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skill: excellent spoken English and communication
- Already located in Bali area
- Must be able to move to Nusa Lembongan
