Role Overview:
To be a contact point for Cross Functional Teams / Stakeholders example: Human Health, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Affair, Regional SCM, 3PL Management, etc. to support the requirements that are in scope for SCM responsibilities.
Key Accountabilities:
Demand & Supply Replenishment Planning
Sponsor and lead the Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) Process
Manage the IQV (Inventory Questionable Value) Process
Lead continuous improvement initiatives with GHH business partners on demand forecasting and collaborate with supply sites on replenishment planning
Drive Inventory management targets in consultation with the local Business Unit and Planners to ensure supply while optimizing inventory investment.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide essential support for product launches
Sponsor local Tier process and ensure early escalation of issue to Next Tier for prompt resolution
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including potential disruptions, capacity constraints and quality issues to ensure continuity of supply
Relationship Management & GHH Collaboration
Foster strong collaborate with GHH Business Partners and drive a robust Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to support business growth and ensure supply to the patients
Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, establish the KPIs, business case development, negotiation and contract management to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of services and materials
Manage and optimize relationships with key external vendors such as 3PL, Distribution and Global Freight Forwarders
Review and discuss Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to ensure they are on track, addressing ongoing issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
