Responsibilities: Business Development Specialist (TSP)
- Generating and expanding potential clients and an active growth pipeline, as well as promoting the company’s services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and trends in the TikTok Shop (TSP) space, understanding the competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline focused on TikTok Shop Partner services.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their e-commerce needs, showcasing how F-Commerce can enhance their sales and brand presence as TSP.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits and opportunities of partnering with the company.
- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of TikTok Shop solutions.
- Provide regular updates on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts to the management team.
Qualification:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the digital marketing or social media advertising industry.
- Ability to speak both English and Mandarin is a plus to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of TikTok as a marketing platform, including its ad products, audience, and trends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and effectively closing deals through strong negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
