Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Packaging Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Business Development, Product Development, or R&D).
- Preferably has experience in the packaging industry.
- Proactive, communicative, adaptable, and shows strong initiative.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and well-organized.
- Has a database of packaging suppliers, both local and international.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken – mandatory.
- Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
Job Descriptions :
- Monitor sample bank and transit area for product development.
- Input product development data and monitor purchase prices in the internal folder.
- Update product and pricing data into the NAV system.
- Conduct product sourcing based on development or customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update the company’s product catalog.
- Negotiate and establish agreements with suppliers regarding pricing, quality standards, and lead time.
- Monitor development progress and ensure n-time delivery and alignment with customer requirements.
- Organize and maintain business development documents.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with packaging suppliers.
