Job Description

• Oversees daily operation, ensure guest satisfaction and assists General Manager in achieving the Hotel’s financial & operational goals.
• Play a key role in maintaining quality of service, ensure compliance with Hotel policies & regulations
• Coordinating various departments, implementing strategies to improve revenue & occupancy and managing staff .

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, strong commitment to guest service, attention to details.'
• Excellent communication & problem solving abilities
• Experiences in Management role within the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in Hotel Management System & computer applications
• Abilities to work under pressure & prioritize tasks effectively.
