Job Description
- Oversees daily operation, ensure guest satisfaction and assists General Manager in achieving the Hotel’s financial & operational goals.
- Play a key role in maintaining quality of service, ensure compliance with Hotel policies & regulations
- Coordinating various departments, implementing strategies to improve revenue & occupancy and managing staff .

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, strong commitment to guest service, attention to details.'
- Excellent communication & problem solving abilities
- Experiences in Management role within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Hotel Management System & computer applications
- Abilities to work under pressure & prioritize tasks effectively.
