Job Description
- Supervise daily service operations, assign table sections, and assist staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Ensure high quality, culturally appropriate service, including traditional Chinese dining customs like tea service and banquet etiquette
- Oversee table setups, cleanliness, and readiness of the dining area according to Chinese restaurant standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at an upscale Chinese restaurant (Hotel background not required)
- Hands on in guest service and table management, with strong attention to detail.
- Good coordination and teamwork with service and culinary teams.
- Opening experience will be a valuable asset
