Job Description
- Oversee service flow, staff scheduling, and coordination with the kitchen to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Deliver excellent guest experience by maintaining Chinese dining etiquette
- Provide training on menu knowledge traditional Chinese service style, and support staff performance to maintain service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role at an upscale Chinese restaurant in a five-star hotel
- Proven leadership in managing daily restaurant operations and supervising service learns.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within the F&B department.
- Prior pre-opening experience is a strong advantage
