- Supervise and lead store staff in daily operations, including cashiering, food preparation, and customer service areas.
- Ensure all operational procedures and brand standards are followed, including cleanliness, food safety, service quality, and product presentation.
- Assist with scheduling and workforce planning to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Provide basic training and coaching for team members, and address any team-related issues in real-time.
- Support inventory control, stock ordering, and waste management processes.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Work toward achieving sales targets and operational efficiency goals.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, and store performance.
- Foster positive communication and teamwork among staff and management.
- Minimum high school diploma; diploma or degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or business management is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in food & beverage retail or quick-service restaurant industry, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
