Villa Receptionist & Butler Support (Ubud, Bali)
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at a villa in Ubud. When the front desk is not busy, the receptionist will also assist with light butler duties to ensure the best guest experience.
Requirements:
- Female
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist (hospitality/villa/hotel experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented
- Willing to assist with butler tasks when required
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about villa facilities and local attractions
- Manage reservations and maintain guest records
- Coordinate with villa staff to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other guest communications
- Assist with butler duties such as serving guests, preparing simple arrangements, and supporting villa operations when front desk is free
