Qualifications:
1. Minimum D4 (Diploma) in Culinary Arts or Tourism
2. Minimum at CDP (Chef de Partie) level in a 5-star hotel
3. Minimum 2 years of experience as a CDP
General Requirements:
1. Prepare strategic plans for the development of the laboratory
2. Ensure the implementation and compliance with all operational regulations and guidelines in all lab areas
3. Conduct monitoring and reporting regarding the condition, availability, and needs of the laboratory
4. Attend academic meetings to evaluate academic activities and the development of teaching and learning methods, and provide input from the lab’s perspective
5. Coordinate with the Head of Study Program and teaching staff to align lab needs with the practical course programs
