Position: HR&GA Specialist – Automotive Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team in the automotive industry. This role combines core HR functions with general affairs (GA) responsibilities to ensure efficient daily operations and strong employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Assist in payroll processing, employee incentive programs, BPJS (Health & Employment) management, and PPh 21 tax calculations.Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer letter preparation, and onboarding documentation.Employee Administration:
Draft and manage employment contracts, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Training Coordination:
Support internal training activities and maintain related documentation.Employee Relations:
Facilitate effective communication within the organization and resolve day-to-day employee concerns.
General Affairs (GA):
Office Facility Management:
Oversee building maintenance, security, and cleanliness. Manage office supply inventory.Asset Management:
Monitor and record company asset usage to support cost-effective operations.Business Travel & Logistics:
Coordinate business travel arrangements and operational vehicle logistics. Handle administrative duties related to permits and legal documents required for office operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HRGA or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and general affairs procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with high attention to detail.
Language proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
