You will dive straight into prospecting, pitching to potential clients, and closing deals alongside a fast, solid, and target-driven team. Real experience in the field — not just theory.
Job Description:
- Actively identify and reach out to new prospects via cold calls, emails, DMs, or in-person networking.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches and proposals.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure deals.
- Conduct market research to discover potential client opportunities.
- Handle client communication promptly, professionally, and with solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat orders or upselling opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on prospect development and pitching outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Based in Jakarta or surrounding areas (mandatory).
- Communicative, confident, and has a “hunter” mindset.
- Understands basic marketing and stays updated with digital marketing trends.
- Able to work independently but also a good team player.
- Final-year students or graduates with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome as long as they are eager to learn and resilient.
