About the team The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTok Shop's success in SEA. Purpose of the Role The Senior Leader, Marketing Shared Services will be instrumental in defining, developing, and executing best-in-class marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels. This role will lead a centralized team responsible for providing expert guidance, scalable solutions, and shared resources to both TTS and Tokopedia. A critical component of this role is fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, ensuring marketing initiatives are optimized for efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in performance marketing, offline media, and a strong understanding of how to leverage data and insights to drive impactful campaigns. Responsibilities : - Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develops and implements the strategic roadmap for all digital and offline marketing, ensuring innovative and ROI-driven placement strategies. - Omnichannel Execution: Oversees the development and execution of integrated campaigns across all channels, from SEM and social to TV and OOH, setting best practices for media buying and optimization. - Knowledge & Capability Building: Establishes and manages a central knowledge hub, delivering training and fostering data-driven decision-making across marketing teams. - Team & Performance Management: Leads and develops a high-performing team, defining KPIs, implementing robust tracking, and optimizing marketing spend for maximum efficiency. - Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration: Serves as a trusted advisor to internal leaders and effectively manages relationships with external agencies and technology partners.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: - 5+ years of marketing experience: Proven track record (3+ years in senior roles) managing both digital (SEM, social, programmatic, SEO) and large-scale offline (TV, OOH) marketing functions. - Data & Tech Savvy: Highly analytical, proficient in marketing analytics tools, attribution modeling, and experienced with AdTech/MarTech stacks (DMPs, CDPs). - Exceptional Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills. - Market Acumen & Adaptability: Deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the relevant industry (e.g., E-commerce, Fintech in Indonesia), thriving in fast-paced, data-driven environments. Preferred qualifications: - Project Management: Excellent project management and execution skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, including timeline creation, budget management, and team coordination. - Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (fluently in English) to effectively convey marketing plans and strategies to internal and external stakeholders. - Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to measure marketing campaign success and build learning iterations for continuous improvement - Collaborative Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including ID teams (Marketing, Creators, Merchants, PR, GR, CSR, Legal, fintech, logistics, industry team) and Regional Team (Marketing, Product) - Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, campaign materials setup in timely manners, and error-free execution. - Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing learning and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
