Administrative Support:
- Manage the owner’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the owner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as needed.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and business documentation.
Business Operations Assistance:
- Support the owner with restaurant management tasks, including vendor communication and operational follow-ups.
- Assist in overseeing staff schedules, payroll tracking, and performance reviews.
- Conduct research and compile data for business strategy discussions.
Personal Assistance:
- Run personal errands, including scheduling personal appointments and handling household matters.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in event planning for both business and personal engagements.
Finance & Budgeting:
- Track and organize receipts, invoices, and expenses for business and personal accounts.
- Work with accountants/bookkeepers to ensure accurate financial records.
- Handle basic budgeting and expense reports as directed.
General Support & Special Projects:
- Act as a point of contact between the owner and staff, ensuring clear communication.
- Take initiative in handling urgent matters and problem-solving when necessary.
- Support special projects, including new restaurant openings or concept development.

Experience:
- Personal Assistant: 1 year (Required)
