仕事内容:
- Handle customer complaints (claim handling) and prepare problem-solving reports (QC 7 Tools, New QC 7 Tools, 5 Why, etc).
- Coordinate internal and supplier-side investigation and corrective actions.
- Create quality reports and documentation.
- Monitor and follow up improvement activity related to quality issues.
- Conduct process audits to ensure quality standards are followed.
- Analyze recurring problems and provide preventive solutions.
- Support supplier evaluation and quality audit activities.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA teams to maintain quality systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal QA procedures.
Requirement:
Education S1 Industrial / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering is preferred, but other major may apply
- Working experience 1–2 years in QAQC in MFG will be considered an advantage
- Fresh Graduate with internship/thesis/project experience related to QAQC / problem solving tools (QC 7 Tools etc) / production process, also welcome to apply
- Experience in handling customer claim & supplier control audit
- Good Communication in English oral and written
- Able to operate Ms. Office
