DESIGNATION : QA Associate Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Purpose
Their primary responsibilities include developing comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing. They are tasked with reviewing these test plans and approaches to ensure they align with the system's objectives and requirements. Additionally, the QA Lead manages the QA team and oversees their tasks, ensuring that testing processes are efficient and effective. They work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle, contributing to the overall improvement of product quality. The QA Lead is instrumental in maintaining the standards of the testing process and ensuring that the final product meets both functional and non-functional requirements.Also QA Lead can plan and excecute for performance testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular appraisals/mentoring/coaching
- Provide a good example in terms of testing, ethics, and soft skills to subordinates
- Train team members / other colleagues and recommend some meaningful actions
- Provide valuable input to improve current process in scope related to be more effective and efficient
- Accountable for the results of large portion and quite complex problems, coordinate with line managers
- Act and provide the idea to simplify the current job
- First Layer Leader
- Give feedback and challenge requirement from Product Owner with user point of view
- Reproduce potential issue from another stakeholder to validate the issue is valid or not
- Understanding product knowledge
- Manage priority taks for each QA
- Prepare and coordinate technical side of the project so can be implemented in timely basis
- Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with internal squad or project team, other divisions and external team
- Risk/Findings audit to be fulfilled
- Ensure staff are informed and trained to support good corporate governance in their specific areas of work

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance Engineer, Quality Assurance or similar position at least 6 Years, and have proven experience as QA Lead / similiar roles at least 6 Years
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Information System/Data Science/Computer Science
- Have related experience on QA
