We are looking for a School Admission and Community Relations to support our school’s daily operations and foster meaningful relationships within our school community.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist visitors, creating a friendly and professional first impression of the school
- Serve as a liaison between parents and teachers, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and staff
- Manage administrative tasks and paperwork related to tuition fees and other school payments
- Prepare letters, announcements, and other official documents
- Support the Marketing Team in school branding and promotional initiatives
- Respond to inquiries from parents and community members, and direct them to the appropriate point of contact when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors, community groups, industry professionals, and media to build partnerships and organize events for the HEI community
Qualifications:
- Passionate about early childhood education or education in general.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Min. 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a school setting (Experience in an international preschool is a plus).
- Friendly, proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Available to join immediately at HEI Schools Senayan.
