WTW Work & Rewards segment is about helping clients invest for optimal return in individual and organizational performance. The Role
- Working as part of a team on a wide variety of projects in the areas of organization, workforce/talent, rewards, career consulting, and surveys within the Work & Rewards domain
- Serving as a key resource to the lead consultant on each engagement
- Collaborating with clients to:
- Collect relevant data
- Conduct data checks and validation
- Perform data analysis
- Supporting the development of solutions, presentations, and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and other technology tools.
- Progressively growing into a key client contact and taking on larger responsibilities, including project management roles.
- You will contribute to varied and interesting projects such as:
- Organization design, transformation, talent management/career/rewards project deliveries
- Organization and People Analytics
- End to end or specific HR Programs and Solutions Design (including Rewards/Compensation and Benefit Analysis)
- HR Strategy development
- Data collection, validation, and analysis including combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g. People and Organization strategy analysis)
- Involve in W&R cross functional projects (e.g. survey events, executive compensation projects, etc.)
- Merger & Acquisition projects
- Transformation projects
The Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Economics / Management / Business / Industrial Engineering /Sciences major (Math, Statistics, IT) / Psychology will be preferable
- Master Degree will be an advantage
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in Human Capital Function or People and Organization advisory
- Reward / Compensation and Benefits or Organization & People Analytics experience are preferred
- Consulting experience will be beneficial
- A good team-player with high degree of personal initiative and with keen interest in pursuing a long-term learning and career especially in Human Capital consulting
- Strong working knowledge of the following PC-based software applications for analysis and reporting: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and other data analysis programs
- Able to convey and articulate ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
