Job Description: Are you a creative and enthusiastic social media expert passionate about crafting compelling online narratives and driving engagement? Role & Responsibilities:
- Implementing effective social media strategies.
- Create content that attracts the attention of the target audience.
- Creating & content & scheduling social media posts as per the plan.
- Monitoring social media metrics and KPIs regularly.
- Coming up with innovative ideas and concepts.
- Researching new concepts and ideas and proposing them to the team.
- Managing social media communication on time.
- Preparing campaign reports and presenting them.

Requirements:
- 1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop a social media strategy aligned with business goals (brand awareness, engagement, leads, sales, etc.).
2. Content Creation & Management
- Oversee or create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics, copy).
- Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and style.
- Curate relevant user-generated content or industry content to share.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers.
3. Community Management
- Monitor social channels daily.
- Reply to comments, DMs, mentions, and engage with followers.
- Build and maintain a positive brand image.
- Spot and manage negative feedback or crises professionally.
4. Growth & Engagement
- Use strategies to grow followers organically (hashtags, collaborations, trends).
- Run paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Engage with relevant accounts, influencers, and online communities.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, click-throughs, conversions.
- Prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or native platform analytics.
6. Staying Updated
- Keep up with platform algorithm changes and trends.
- Experiment with new features (e.g. Reels, Threads, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Benchmark against competitors.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, sales, PR, and customer service teams to align messaging.
- Support campaigns, product launches, and events on social media.
- Identify target audiences and choose the right platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Create content calendars and posting schedules.
