Responsibilities
- Administrative Tasks:
- Solution pricing support, Deals Registration, CRM Management.
- Product/Service Knowledge:
- Understanding of the products or services, including technical specifications and how to adapted to different situations.
- Needs Assessment:
- Understanding the client's business, their current challenges, and their long-term goals.
- Solution Development:
- Identify the best products or services to address those needs, often collaborating with technical teams or specialists.
- Consultative Selling:
- Act as a consultant, guiding the client through the solution and demonstrating its value.
- Relationship Building:
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and principals.
Requirements
- Administration: Able to operate CRM, Excel, and Internal/External Systems.
- Technical Acumen: While not always required, a strong understanding of the technology or product is often beneficial.
- Sales Skills: Able to close deals, manage sales cycles, and meet sales targets.
- Problem-Solving: Identify problems and develop creative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining complex solutions to clients.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, principal, and broader internal teams.
