About the role
Global EAM Support Specialist is responsible for providing functional support, training, and system optimization of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role ensures high system availability, strong user adoption, and continuous process improvement for maintenance and asset management functions across global operations. The position plays a key role in bridging operational needs with enterprise technology capabilities.
What you will be doing
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) policies, actively contributing to a safer work environment.
- Global D365 EAM Support: Provide technical and functional assistance to global users, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing escalations related to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- User Training & Documentation: Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and maintain user guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for different regions.
- System Configuration & Optimization: Assist in system configuration, suggest improvements, and support smooth transition from project implementation to business-as-usual operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operations, maintenance, and IT teams to align system functionality with business needs. Monitor new features and ensure effective global communication.
- Change Management: Manage system upgrades, process changes, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for deployments.
- Data Quality & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy, monitor system health, and support the creation of reports on asset performance and maintenance KPIs.
What you will bring
- 3–5 years of experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, with at least 2 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly the Asset Management module.
- Experience working in a global, multi-site organization, supporting distributed teams and users.
- Proven track record in functional support, incident resolution, and user training within ERP systems.
- Familiarity with maintenance operations, asset lifecycle management, or reliability engineering environments
- Good understanding of Mining Safety Management System Aspect by always prioritizing Safety Value.
