As a crucial member of the campus student recruitment team, and reporting directly to the Director, Student Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions, the Student Recruitment Manager (SRM) will play a significant role in driving recruitment growth and achieving student recruitment targets for Deakin University and Lancaster University Indonesia.
This includes playing a significant role in the development of new business opportunities and partnerships domestically & internationally to further promote the joint Deakin University Lancaster University Indonesia brand. This position will be responsible for on the ground recruitment activities including, but not limited to agent training, lead generation events, student conversion and solving specific student, parent or agent queries.
The Student Recruitment Manager will bring experience, passion and drive with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Indonesian higher education sector.
Qualifications
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and recruitment targets in the Indonesia Higher Education sector.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing effective marketing activities from planning to implementation in an international environment, including evidence of using market intelligence and research
- Ability to leverage existing personal network of contacts in the international education market for immediate impact.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to create value, develop and deliver recommendations.
- Strong track record in executing conversion and retention strategies through a CRM and lead management automation tools.
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively within dynamic environments, with focus on collaborating with and influencing various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated sales skills and appropriate knowledge of the business environment and applications for the company’s products and services.
- Ability to work in a team both as leader and member.
- Analytical mind with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa (verbal and written).
Desirable:
- Experience working in the global Higher Education sector.
- Experience building and nurturing agent and schools relationships in the international education sector.
- Successful work experience in a multi-cultural environment.
