VP of Business Development
We are hiring for VP (GM Level) of Business Development who focusing in Leads Generator & Client Recovery
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Partnership Team focused on new client acquisition and dormant client recovery
- Set and monitor team KPIs (monthly sales target, market expansion, client acquisition & reactivation)
- Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and pipeline management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach
- Design and implement strategies to re-engage inactive or dormant clients
- Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve performance targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reporting to management
- Drive continuous improvement through problem
- solving and process optimization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client needs and ensure successful onboarding
- Lead key business development projects from planning to execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.-
- Proven track record in client acquisition, lead generation, and client recovery
- preferably in the technology or messaging solutions industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high
- performing sales teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and market intelligence platforms
