Job Title: Account Payable Support
Job-Type: 3-6 months internship
Reports To: AP Team Lead
Location: Jakarta (Hybrid work arrangement)
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide administrative support for aspects of the Accounts Payable (AP) process.
- Check that all invoices are properly supported by purchase orders or relevant approval before processing.
- Verify that each payment is supported by the correct documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and approvals, before processing.
What makes you a great fit:
- At a minimum, degree in Accounting or related field
- Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience with Account Payable or Finance Administration.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy.
- Able to manage and prioritize time and be committed to meet deadlines for assigned tasks and deliverables.
