Responsibilities:
Primary roles to involve in Prudential Indonesia’s end to end recruitment process and administrative tasks
Provide support for the internship recruitment process and other initiatives as required.
Requirements:
Fresh Graduate or Final-year Student in any major (preferably has deep interest in HR)
Good problem solving & communication skill
Team player – highly motivated person – able to work with less supervision
Action & customer oriented
Computer literate: Microsoft Office
Willing to do hybrid arrangements: WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi area, South Jakarta
Committed to join for 6 months internship
