Job Description
To support the Operations Manager and Business Support Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of business systems, compliance processes, and finance administration. This role is responsible for overseeing D365 access and utilization, managing WIP reporting, driving capability improvements, and facilitating compliance activities. The position also provides ad-hoc support for legal and risk management processes, contributing to the operational integrity and risk resilience of the Indonesia business unit.
- Manage D365 user access and coordinate onboarding training for new joiners, ensuring secure access and system readiness aligned with their roles.
- Oversee the review, update, and analysis of WIP data in D365, coordinating with project and cost centre leads to ensure financial accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Design and deliver structured D365 refresher training programs, identify system knowledge gaps, and drive user proficiency through targeted capability development.
- Coordinate follow-ups on regional compliance and risk reports, facilitate contract reviews, and support leadership with insights into mitigation measures and contract status.
- Track and enhance client care compliance by ensuring timely survey submissions, facilitating structured client feedback discussions, and supporting engagement follow-up efforts.
- Liaise with legal service providers (e.g. Acclime) to manage required documentation and regulatory processes, and provide strategic support for finance and risk management initiatives
Qualifications
- +3 years of progressive responsibility in organisation of similar size and profile to Turner & Townsend, preferably in business systems administration, compliance support, or operations.
- Experience with system similar to Microsoft Dynamic 365 (D365) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skill, with the ability to priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Attention to detail, collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Team player who is willing to adapt to changing priorities of the business.
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and support team.
