Job Responsibility :
- Create work plan, develop, analyze, and evaluate marketing division programme
- Develop research designs related to market trends, competitors, and customer satisfaction
- Build & maintain branding strategic with digital marketing programs, digital advertising, websites management, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative strategies.
- Supervise work activities, provide advice on problems faced by subordinates, and evaluate subordinates performance.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration study program from reputable universities.
- Min. 2 years of working experience as Marketing Manager.
- Excellent communications skills, with strong ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in structured.
- Having extensive network and familiar with social media and others digital marketing tools.
- Proactive, dynamic, target oriented, good team player & good leadership
- Fluent in witten and verbal English & Bahasa
