- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory (written & verbal); proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage, given our operational focus in China.

Position 1: Business Analyst – Pricing and Data Analytics
About the Role: As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing pricing strategies, improving margins, and supporting data-driven business decisions. Reporting to the Pricing Manager, you will work closely with product teams to implement effective pricing and sourcing tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and compare supplier costs to support decision-making.
- Develop pricing strategy proposals.
- Ensure timely sharing of pricing related information for accurate billing and price quoted.
- Produce profitability reports and conduct analysis.
- Review rate changes and new pricing requests for current/new business.
- Conduct competitor analysis in collaboration with product managers.
Specific Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, IT, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 2 years in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools is preferred.
