Role and Responsibility:
- Do the pre-eleminary for potential Point Of Interest (e.g. Mall, Apartments, Hospitals, Offices, etc) partners including doing surveys to the potential locations.
- Pitching the GrabFood Cabinet project to POI partners.
- Negotiating terms and agreements with POI partners.
- Reviewing commercials agreement with POI partners along with legal team.
- Assisting POI partners with the implementation of the GrabFood Cabinet.
- Monitoring POI performance.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders on POI management.
- Maintaining existing POI partners.
- Assisting other potential BD projects not limited to GrabFood Cabinet.
Job Requirement (Mandatory):
- Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales, particularly in the food delivery or logistics industry.
- Strong background in pitching and presenting to potential partners, ideally in the B2B space, ATM, vending machine
- Negotiation skills, with experience in drafting and finalizing terms and agreements.
- Hands-on experience in supporting partners during the implementation of new projects or systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with external partners and internal teams.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with internal stakeholders such as marketing, operations, and product teams.
- Ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations and reports to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant industry experience in partner management, business development, is an advantage.
