Job Description:
- Develop and implement business unit strategies aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic growth plans for the business unit and ensure revenue target achievement.
- Manage all operational activities of the business unit, including sales, marketing, and other operations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Lead, direct, build, and mentor the unit team to achieve maximum performance.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management and relevant parties.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with GPA of 3.1 from any field.
- 8–10 years of work experience, with 3–5 years in a senior managerial or head of unit/division role.
- Proven track record in managing a business unit and achieving business targets.
- Comprehensive understanding of business and operational aspects.
- Strong leadership, team development, and motivation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical ability, and decision-making skills.
- Willing to work and learn in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to travel for business trips.
- Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum IELTS score 6.5 / CEFR B2).
